No Shortage of Drinking Water
Apparently, Oviedo enjoys a plentiful source of potable water.

Almost every drinking fountain in the city is constantly spurting water.

Not all fountains. Some have a button.
Anyway, in Oviedo it rains one of every three days.

Well, we have enough water to provide all african continent hahah
I recommend you, to continue your ancient, mysterious and black novel tour round my city to stop at Café JL (Calle Mendizábal) and think on , just drink a coffee upstairs in a rainy or sunny evening, go to la Calleja (Calle Martinez Vigil) on a Friday or Saturday night, relax at the outside terrace or listen to a live concert.
By the way, on a gray Sunday evening you can taste typical moscovitas, carbayones or milhojas at Rialto CafeterÃa, you will smell the ’70s and the spanish old people traditions on a religious city.
Hope you enjoy Oviedo, it’s a pity you are here during the most calm and stopped period of the year, just wait till September and October arrives, you are going to feel it
